High Modulus launches its new construction solution for production boatbuilders - the B³ SmartPac.

The B³ SmartPac aims to make production boatbuilding easier and more cost effective than ever before.

The High Modulus engineering team carefully analyses the structural requirements for the various components, and specifies laminates which meet these criteria using the minimum material and labour inputs.  All of  the specified reinforcement and core materials, cut to the exact size and shape required for the mould, are delivered to the customer in time to suit the boatyard’s production schedule, along with comprehensive schematic and written instructions for piecing the parts together. The result is a complete package, allowing boatbuilders to benefit from reduced material costs and improved construction efficiencies resulting from the optimisation process, without the complexity in supply and shop floor management normally associated with highly engineered laminates.
